Vinya Wine Announces New Terroir: Wine Bar-Restaurant, Vinya Table, Set To Open On Miracle Mile
A favorite among Key Biscayne locals and wine enthusiasts, Vinya Makes a splash in Coral Gables
Vinya Wine, the wildly popular sommelier-driven Key Biscayne neighborhood wine bistro, bar, and retailer, announced, today, that it is opening in Coral Gables by Vinya Founder and CEO Nicholas Garcia and acclaimed sommelier and Co-Founder Allegra Angelo.
“The Vinya brand is all about connecting with customers and providing a welcoming environment for wine lovers,” says Garcia. “It is very rewarding to see the brand evolve from what began as a passion to what has now become its own community. We are thrilled to bring our unique concept to wine lovers and food enthusiasts in The City Beautiful and beyond.”
Inspired by the lush landscapes of Coral Gables, the 152-seat restaurant will have a warm lived-in aesthetic with neutral cane chairs, marble-top tables, and a 14-seat wooden pergola bar accompanied by Rattan light fixtures. The 3,200-square-foot restaurant consists of the main dining room, bar area, private dining room, and market space for guests to purchase their favorite wine and spirits to-go.
The New American menu, created by local Executive Chef Mariano Araya, is inspired by Latin flavors, European travels, and local Florida produce featuring a wide variety of dishes from small bar bites to soups & salads, to larger entrée style portions. Patrons will be able to indulge in signature dishes such as Pernod Mussels (soaked in Pernod cream and served with French Baguette), Manchego & Truffle Risotto (made with portobello, cremini, and porcini mushrooms), and a 42oz Tomahawk (topped with chimichurri and served with grilled rustic vegetables). Guests can expect decadent desserts including a Piña Colada Pavlova, Guava Flan, and Tres Leches Carrot Cake.
Aside from its mouthwatering menu, Vinya Table has an extensive by-the-glass wine program, featuring family-owned producers, beloved icons, and the next breakout star from the world’s most thrilling wine regions. With exclusive servings of rare and collectible wines such as Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Library Napa, the by-the-glass selection offers a wine for every type of palate, from the classic drinker to the adventurous explorer. There is also an ever-changing “40 Wines Under $40” shop for all to-go needs, along with a “Bar Cart Essentials” section for the at-home cocktail enthusiast.

Vinya Table is set to open to the public on May 11 and will be located at 266 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, FL, 33134.
